Terms and Conditions of Shamzeco Limited
This User Agreement is effective upon acceptance for new users, and from APR 26, 2025, for existing users. The previous amendment to this User Agreement was effective for all users on NOV 28, 2024.

Welcome to Shamzeco Limited. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our Services.
1. INTRODUCTIONS
1.1 “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to Shamzeco Limited, a company registered in the United Kingdom.
1.2 “User,” “you,” or “your” refers to any individual or entity that accesses or uses our Services.
1.3 “Products” refers to the items available for purchase through our Services, including but not limited to home uses, electronics, electrical items, hand-operated tools, mobile devices, laptops, laptop accessories, mobile accessories, cooking and kitchen tools, office items, and digital services.
Please be advised that this User Agreement contains provisions that govern how claims you and we have against each other are resolved (see “Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability” and “Legal Disputes” provisions below). It also contains an Agreement to Arbitrate which will, with limited exception, require you to submit claims you have against us or our agents to binding and final arbitration, unless you opt out of the Agreement to Arbitrate (see Legal Disputes, Section B (“Agreement to Arbitrate”)). If you do not opt out: (1) you will only be permitted to pursue claims against us or our agents on an individual basis, not as a plaintiff or class member in any class or representative action or proceeding, and (2) you will only be permitted to seek relief (including monetary, injunctive, and declaratory relief) on an individual basis.
2. User Rights and Responsibilities
2.1 Eligibility: By using our Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian.
2.1.1In connection with using or accessing our Services you agree to comply with this User Agreement, our policies, our terms, and all applicable laws, rules, and regulations, and you will not:
2.1.2breach or circumvent any laws, regulations, third-party rights or our systems, Services, policies, or determinations of your account status;
2.1.3use our Services if you are not able to form legally binding contracts (for example, if you are under 18 years old), or are temporarily or indefinitely suspended from using our Services, or are a person with whom transactions are prohibited under economic or trade sanctions;
2.2 Account Creation: To access certain features of our Services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
2.3 Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
2.4 Permitted Use: You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use our Services in any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.

3. Orders and Payment
3.1 Order Acceptance: All orders placed through our Services are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.
3.2 Pricing: All prices are listed in GBP, USD, CAD, NZD, AUD or EUR as applicable and are subject to change without notice. You will be charged the price in effect at the time your order is placed.
3.3 Payment: We accept various payment methods Like PayPal, Stripe, 2check Out, Link, Bank Transfers, Skrill, Binance pay, Visa, Master Card, Amercian Express, Union Pay Debit and Credit Cards as indicated on our website. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method.
3.4 In certain instances, your transaction may be declined, frozen, or held for any reason including for suspected fraud, Anti-Money Laundering (“AML”) compliance, compliance with economic or trade sanctions, in connection with Shamzeco internal risk controls or due to potential violations of any policy of Shamzeco Payment Entity, or a policy of one of the Payment Entity’s third-party payment services providers.
3.5 You understand that some third parties, such as credit and debit card issuers, credit and debit card networks and payments services providers, may have their own terms and conditions for the payment or settlement methods you choose to use in connection with managed payments transactions
3.6 Failure to abide by third-party terms and conditions may result in fees assessed to you (for example, currency conversion fees from your credit card issuer if the transaction currency is different from your credit card currency) or other actions taken by such third parties, and you agree that the Shamzeco Payment Entity has no control over, or responsibility or liability for, such fees or actions.
4. Shipping and Delivery
4.1 Shipping: We will make reasonable efforts to ship your order within the estimated delivery time provided at the time of purchase. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or other factors beyond our control.
4.2 Risk of Loss: Title and risk of loss for Products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
5. Returns and Refunds
5.1 Returns: You may return Products within “11 Days” of receipt for a full refund, provided they are unused and in their original packaging. Certain Products may be exempt from returns, as specified on our website.
5.2 Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned Product.
5.3 Buyers generally do not have the right to cancel an order. Buyers can request to cancel an order on Shamzeco within the time period and as provided in our Order cancellation policy, and the seller will have 3 days to accept or decline the request. If the order cannot be canceled, buyers may still be permitted to return the item if the item is eligible for return.
5.4 In certain instances, a buyer may be responsible for the cost of return shipping for an item returned to Shamzeco. If the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs, the buyer may elect to use an Shazmeco-generated shipping label or purchase a shipping label directly from a carrier. By choosing to use an eBay-generated shipping label, you (as a buyer) agree that eBay may deduct the cost of the shipping label from the refund owed to you.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1 Disclaimer of Warranties: Our Services and Products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
6.2 Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shamzeco Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our Services or Products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
7. Dispute Resolution
7.1 Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
7.2 Arbitration: Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of our Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the [insert relevant arbitration association, e.g., the London Court of International Arbitration]. The arbitration shall take place in [insert location], and the language of arbitration shall be English.
7.3 Class Action Waiver: You agree that any disputes will be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class action, collective action, or representative action.

10. Miscellaneous
10.1 Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in full force and effect.
10.2 Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Shamzeco Limited regarding your use of our Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
By using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
11. Shamzeco Money Back Guarantee
11.1 Most Shamzeco go smoothly, but if there’s a problem with a purchase covered by Shamzeco Money Back Guarantee, buyers can get their money back if an item didn’t arrive, is faulty or damaged, or doesn’t match the listing. You agree to comply with the policy and permit us to make a final decision on any Shamzeco Money Back Guarantee case.
11.2 We may suspend the Shamzeco Money Back Guarantee in whole or in part without notice if we suspect abuse or interference with the proper working of the policy. You agree to make us whole for any losses, including expenses we incur to recoup such losses, arising out of your abuse of the eBay Money Back Guarantee, or any fraud you commit in connection with the Shamzeco Money Back Guarantee.
Recommendations:
Shamzeco may offer personalized recommendations to you to provide a relevant and engaging experience, helping you sell or buy items of interest to you. These recommendations may consider data related to your Shamzeco activity, the item, and seasonality, among other factors.
Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability
We try to keep our Services safe, secure, and functioning properly, but we cannot guarantee the continuous operation of or access to our Services. Bid update and other notification functionality in Shamzeco may not occur in real time. Such functionality is subject to delays beyond Shamzeco control.
YOU AGREE THAT YOU ARE MAKING USE OF OUR SERVICES AT YOUR OWN RISK, AND THAT THEY ARE BEING PROVIDED TO YOU ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. ACCORDINGLY, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE EXCLUDE ALL EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, TERMS AND CONDITIONS INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
12. General.
12.1 We offer product data (including images, descriptions and specifications) that are provided by third parties (including Shamzeco users). You may use that content solely in your Shamzeco listings. Shamzeco may modify or revoke such permission at any time in our sole discretion. The product data includes copyrighted, trademarked, and other proprietary materials. You agree not to remove any copyright, proprietary, or identification markings in the product data and not to create any derivative works based on that data (other than by including the data in your listings).
12.2 We try to offer reliable product data, but we cannot promise that the content provided through our Services will always be available, accurate, complete, and up-to-date. You agree that Shamzeco is not responsible for examining or warranting the listings or content provided by third parties through our Services, and that you will not attempt to hold us or our data providers liable for inaccuracies.
13. Property Violations and Copyright
13. Notice for Claims of Intellectual Property Violations and Copyright Infringement Pursuant to Section 512(c) of Title 17 of the United States And United Kingdom Code.
13.1 We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement under the United States Digital Millennium Copyright Act. Shamzeco Verified Rights Owner program works to ensure that items and content using our Services do not infringe upon the copyright, trademark, or certain other intellectual property rights of third parties. If you believe that your intellectual property rights have been infringed, please notify our team and we will investigate.
