What is your return policy?
Shamzeco offers a 30-day luxury return policy. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Visit our returns portal in your account, print the prepaid label, and drop off at any partner location. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, Shamzeco ships to select countries worldwide. Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout. Delivery times vary from 5–12 business days. For specific inquiries, please reach out to our team via email or WhatsApp.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified within 2 hours of placement. Contact us immediately via WhatsApp or call +44 7861 672730. After dispatch, cancellations are treated as returns under our standard policy.

Delivery & Logistics

My package is delayed. What should I do?
We apologise for any inconvenience. First, check the tracking link. If no update for 3+ business days, please contact our concierge team through WhatsApp or email [email protected]. We'll initiate a carrier investigation and offer a replacement or refund.
Item arrived damaged — what now?
We deeply regret any damage. Please take photos of the packaging and product within 48 hours of delivery, then email them to [email protected] with your order number. We'll arrange a swift replacement or full refund.
Can I change delivery address?
If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, contact us immediately. After dispatch, we cannot reroute but you may arrange redirection with the courier using your tracking number.
Tracking shows delivered but I haven't received it.
Check with neighbours or secure locations. If still missing, please notify us within 24 hours via WhatsApp or email. We'll open an investigation with the courier and resolve promptly.

What payment methods do you accept?
